Exceptional Mario was an amazing host, very helpful & went above and beyond to make us feel like home, apartment was spotless & the location is perfect right in the centre of Amsterdam, couldn't of asked for anything better for the price of the apartment, would highly recommend to anyone, I shall be returning next year 100% I wouldn't stay anyway else!

Exceptional We were a group of 5 (1 couple and 3 singles) and found the apartment suited us well in that it was massively sized with multiple stories, a rooftop balcony, and it had a kitchenette including an oven and dishwasher. When you exit the building you step into the heart of Amsterdam with attractions, food/drink and shops all within walking distance. There is also a laundry mat across the road which was fantastic (they will wash/fold for you and pickup within a few hours). The train station is also a short walk away. The reception is always staffed and the gentleman there was well attentive and ensured he was available to take our bags up and down the stairs (even when we had an early train and needed to check out at 6am).
What could be improved: It didn't bother us in any way, but it is worth noting that the stairs are quite steep and may not suit some people. However the staff will take your bags for you and ensure you manage the stairs safely
Central location and great staff! Fantastic location in the middle of Amsterdam. The apartment was surprisingly roomy- they made good use of the space they had.
Mario warmly greeted us upon arrival and lets us know all the key things about our apartment.
If you are looking for a place in Central Amsterdam with multiple bedrooms (although the second was more of a loft) this is the place for you!
Perfect location Mario went above and beyond to make us comfortable and including ensuring we’d make it to our train on time by going out of his way to get the cab to deliver our luggage to Amsterdam centraal
What could be improved: One toilet, but we made it work! Didn’t even make a difference for us
Superb Mario is very friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of luggage and he kindly brought them through the stairs at both check-in and checkout and offered to put them in lockers for both the checkin and checkout day. This was invaluable.
He also provided useful tips to visit Amsterdam, and kindly put toys and food for our children. Very kind.
The apartments are nicely renovated and spacious, 10 min walk from central station.
What could be improved: One thing to note is that the red light district is quite near the hotel so choose your route to the hotel wisely if you don't want to expose your children.
Exceptional Mario was a star! He could not have been more helpful and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. There were more towels, shower gels, coffee pods etc all readily available just outside the reception.

What could be improved: Maybe some travellers should be pre warned about the number of steps. They are very steep and narrow. Typical Amsterdam central style property. The host will take your baggage up and downstairs for you.
We enjoyed our trip and saw and did everything that we wanted to do in the 3 days that we were there We were in the central and easy reach of all the sights. Initially we were a bit worried as we were in the red light district but it turned out to be fine. We had everything we needed in the Apartment and staff were very helpful.
