My room had this clean, contemporary feel with dark wood accents and actually comfortable bedding — not always a given in city center hotels, honestly. The bathroom was compact but functional, with a decent shower and all the basics you’d expect from NH’s reliable standards.

Well located and within walking distance to public transport. Excellent location, central with easy walking distance to Met services.
What could be improved: Room was average compared to the price paid.
Superb It was 10-15 min walk to any main attraction, it had beautiful decorated canal nearby for pictures and it had 2 well secured entrances you had to use your card to enter in the main one at night which was nice. It has a lot of cafes and bars near by and the food options on the breakfast was very diverse.
What could be improved: You have to get up a flight of stairs to get to it so if you have a big luggage be aware, other than that everything and everyone was very nice
In general we liked the place very much. Our room wasn’t great but I think overall it’s a nice hotel. Maybe there are ot We had two rooms. One was big, beautiful and comfortable and our four kids could stay there comfortably and one was for us- two adults. The staff was very nice. There was an option for breakfast and it was good and the price was good. We enjoyed the place!
What could be improved: The room for us- two adults was too small the ceiling was high and there was a top small window. It felt small and closed. They even changed it to a room with a bigger window but the feeling didn’t change much because it was an underground room. and the rooms weren’t closed to each other.

Very nice location. Not too far to the tram stop. Helpful staff. Good location. room was very comfortable for 3 people
What could be improved: was on the pricey side. It was a little hard to find coffee at 7:30 am. Most shops seemed to open later. I booked 2 rooms and the 2nd room had to have someone else name. Then I could not get a separate invoice for the first room which I only needed 1 night.
Clean hotel Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Coffee in the room was good. The staff were very helpful
What could be improved: Long walk to tourist areas altho we took the tram. Airport taxi asked us to go down at Singel but we refused bec we had luggages. Driver said Spuistraat was not accessible. Still we refused so he was forced to drve around to Spuistraat.
We had a great stay and loved the hotel. Great location and very quiet on the canal side. Easy to walk to everything. Loved the option to have a free drink each in return for not having to be the room cleaned.

What could be improved: Our 3 children had a huge triple room but our double room was very small. Was quite expensive but we were there during F1 weekend.
This hotel is in an excellent location with great food and shops around it. It is very clean, beds are comfortable, and Very, very good location. We are always about 15 minutes walk or so to most every sight on our list. Many restaurants on the street and around the property.
What could be improved: The air conditioning worked but over time. It took a while for the room to get cool.
