What could be improved: The room was warm due to no fans or air con so we had to open the window, and it was a very noisy street so were woken up early in the morning. I understand this is something that is hard to be helped.

Great location with spacious rooms in central Amsterdam. Room was large and thankfully windows open since there is no air conditioning for hot summer days. Great location in the central city center.
What could be improved: Room advertised as two twins or double. It was actually 2 twins pushed together. Housekeeping and I'm guessing maintenance guy entered room without knocking while I was there. Surprisingly no room safe to store laptop or valuables, but small safe box is provided in the lobby for passports, etc.
