Westcord Fashion Hotel= Top class The location of the hotel was very accessible, the staff were unbelievably professional and helpful, the rooms were spacious and very luxurious, the roof top bar was the cherry on the cake with brilliant friendly bar staff and the view was amazing ..it was 10/10 all round

A comfortable, restful stay which was much appreciated. I really liked the abundant hot water in the big bath and the quality of the personal care products- the body wash and body lotion. I really liked the pillows- and the bed was very comfortable. The room served my needs very well. I appreciated the space to write also.
I appreciated the flexibility in checking out and the hotel's ability to be flexible to meet my needs.
I also appreciated the warmth and friendliness of the staff at reception, especially Iyani. I hope I spelled her name correctly.
What could be improved: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs and hot food wasn't hot and my plate got removed from the table when I got up to get something else.
