Absolutely perfect 🥰 Villa360 was such a phenomenal place to stay! Perfect location, comfortable bed, and amazing facilities. In addition to it being a wonderful property, Fatos and Martin were extremely welcoming and generous. Would most definitely recommend this to any couple traveling in Amsterdam. I would come back tonight if I could. Top accommodation and service. Literally everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, down to the tiniest detail. The reports are true! Fatos is the most thoughtful, generous, friendly host. The property is extremely well-located, convenient to everything and so charming. The room we stayed in (Garden room) was incredibly quiet and extremely beautiful and comfortable. The historic building was thoughtfully and charmingly renovated to a very high standard, and continues to be lovingly maintained.
Here are a few top points of delight:
- Guests are personally and warmly welcomed, with refreshments and personalized info & tips for visiting Amsterdam
- The room's thoughtful appointments include but are not limited to an open wardrobe for hanging and storing clothes; abundant towels and luxury toiletries; an assortment of beverages, coffee and tea supplies, and small snacks; plenty of hanging space for jackets and hats, and plenty of umbrellas to borrow (we needed them!); comfortable and large bed with crisp cotton bed linens; a UV light sanitiser for devices and things that went out into the grungy world.
- Daily room refresh results in the bed made up, the room tidied within an inch of its life and supplies generously replenished, bathroom fixtures re-polished, and everything put to rights. It was the most delightful home-away-from-home to return to each day.
- I received periodic reminders and suggestions of other possible fun activities that Fatos thought we might enjoy (and we did!).
- Other little personal touches that I would leave for future guests to experience as surprise and delight.
Bottom line is: if you want the luxury of a top hotel with the low-key vibe of a guest house; you appreciate beauty, quiet, and peace in an accommodation; and details that show care and attention delight you -- book without hesitation.
What could be improved: I didn't like having to come home after staying in this gorgeous room where every day it would be fresh and clean for me to return to.

Great walkable location...spacious and wonderfully decorated room and garden! The location was excellent, the room was very large, clean, and delightfully decorated. There was a private terrace, which we appreciated after a long day of touring around. The hostess Fatos was extremely accommodating. We LOVED this place--it made our stay in Amsterdam special!
What could be improved: We liked everything about Villa 360; it has a great location, the room was awesome, and Fatos was an excellent hostess.

The interior decoration is first class and the garden patio is lush. How did so much get stuffed into such a small area?

We loved sitting on the front bench (bring the cushion) and watching people and boats go by.

Quiet canal in the perfect location in Jordaan We loved everything. The location was amazing. I wanted to stay in the Jordaan neighborhood, and this turned out to be in the perfect place in that area. On a quiet canal where you felt a like you had a little bit of the area to yourself, with little cafes and restaurants just down the street, and just a 7 min walk to the Anne Frank House. Everything was walkable for us. Central station for day trips was less than a mile (and thankfully, not any closer -because that area was so much more congested and touristy). Fatos was an AMAZING hostess!!!! She was so sweet, helpful and informative. We really enjoyed the personal aspect of this stay because of her and the fact that she knew and loved this neighborhood. She really made it feel like home.

Exceptional The accommodations at Villa360 were perfect! I booked the garden room for my daughter and I. It was spacious and very comfortable. Location in the Jordaan section of Amsterdam was very walkable to all major attractions, scenic and had some very nice restaurants nearby. The owner, Fatos, was super responsive and had very helpful recommendations during our stay.

Situated on a charming , picturesque canal which is a stones throw from cafes ,restaurants and has major attractions within walking distance.
