What could be improved: Podobało mi się to ze właściwy zapytał czy może w czasie mojego wynajmu korzystać z łazienki i brać w niej prysznic . Jak się zgodziliśmy przychodził codziennie i się kąpał.😂.wynajmował i prawie z nami zamieszkał.Pan na balkonie trzymał gołębie i to było dla niego najważniejsze, nieważne że wszystko było obsrane przez te ptaki 🦅.Niezły pacjent.

Great location but very disappointing stay The location is great – only a 5-minute walk to the metro and one stop into central Amsterdam – very convenient for exploring the city.

We stayed for 3 nights and paid just over €400 per night, unfortunately, the apartment itself was not as described & did not justify the high price.

What could be improved: On check-in, we received a message asking us to remove our shoes and to not consume alcohol in the apartment. These rules were not mentioned in the listing and would've affected our decision to book. It was clear that this is the owner’s personal home rather than a dedicated rental, with clothes in wardrobes and drawers, and kitchen cupboards full, leaving no space for our/guests' things.

One of the main reasons we booked an apartment rather than a hotel was to self-cater to keep costs down, but when we tried to use the oven (which was also the microwave) we found it didn’t work. After messaging the owner, he confirmed it was broken and due to be replaced – something that should have been disclosed upfront. This was really frustrating as we had bought lots of food with us to cook (and this could have been avoided had we been notified in advance) and meant we had to eat out for nearly all of our meals, There wasn't even a toaster to make toast for the children for breakfast. (NB: there are no cups/mugs for tea/coffee, so bring your own - we ended up buying a couple)

The sleeping arrangements were also disappointing – although there are 4 beds, they were inconsistently made up (only one had two pillows, and one double had just a single duvet). As mentioned in previous reviews, none of the bedrooms have proper curtains; only a couple have thin nets, which not only mean you wake at sunrise but also give no privacy at night with the lights on.

The “roof terrace” could be lovely if furnished, but it only had one corner piece of a seating set & nothing else. The balcony can’t be used as it has nesting pigeons (we didn’t mind this, but others might), which made the terrace feel like an even bigger missed opportunity.

Fotos engañosas. Pues la verdad es que poco: que estaba cerca del metro, a dos estaciones del centro.

What could be improved: Primero, que el anfitrión (un externo) no me pasó dirección exacta hasta que Se la pedí cuando estaba llegando. Una vez allí, no es fácil de encontrar, lo propio es explicarlo. La llave estaba encima del foco de luz de la entrada…Cuando entramos: la chaqueta y el bastón de las fotos estaban allí…el lavavajillas tenía los platos del anterior inquilino, mal lavados: asi se quedaron. No habían sacado la basura…lo más raro es que el anfitrión se disculpó sin que Yo se lo dijera, por lo que lo sabían. La nevera, con comida a medio usar. La llave del cuarto de la lavadora estaba escondida y tardaron en decirme dónde estaba. Sin microondas. El cajón de los cubiertos, sucio. En el techo del salón había una araña grande y dos medianas. Necesita una limpieza general, no solo la de lo que se ve. La terraza, tema aparte: impracticable, llena de cargadas de paloma. Todos los pisos tenían redes menos este, y el dueño tiene alpiste en la casa, así que está así porque quiere. La terraza del tejado, no sirve para nada: sucia y sin muebles. En resumen, las fotos engañan, y mucho. Las habitaciones, sin cortinas o tipo visillos: a las 6, mucha luz y las palomas, gorgojeando. Muy decepcionante.
