What could be improved: price could be better
Exceptional Very spacious studio with water view so we see a lot birds. Also you can cook with pot and pan provided. The location is also quiet and perfect no matter you go airport or city center.
Nathalie is such a great and reliable host, when we had a little problem with the shower she responded and fixed immediately. I would definitely stay again.

Eight Lovely Days Beautiful, clean, and airy studio near the center - 15-20 minutes by tram, excellent connection. Very easily accessible from the airport. Large Jumbo supermarket nearby [approximately 8 minutes, right at the stop], where you can find everything you need. Quiet and very nice neighborhood, worth exploring thoroughly! A pleasant large playground for younger children with a small café is a 10-minute walk away. There’s also an ice cream parlor and a beautiful windmill where you can learn many interesting facts from the guide; we really enjoyed it. After visiting the windmill, you can grab a quick snack nearby - a good hotdog and fries.
The studio with its gorgeous veranda right by the water is where you’ll wake up to see swans! The veranda offers great and cozy seating while maintaining privacy. There’s even a small boat available that we used several times to explore the surroundings. The accommodation provided everything we needed for our family [2+2]. And if anything needed, just ask Nathalie – she’s an amazing host! She’s always helpful, quick to assist with anything, and goes above and beyond. She made our stay more more comfortable than we could have hoped for ❤️. Nathalie is always friendly, accommodating, and ensures her guests feel at home. We rented a car for one day and visited Zandvoort and Zaandam – Nathalie was ready to help with parking in front of the house overnight. Thanks to Nathalie, we had 8 unforgettable days in Amsterdam. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family, and we’d love to come back someday. Thank you!

Exceptional It’s a very well equipped property with a very beautiful outdoor seating area and canal views. Quiet neighbourhood. 10min walk to the nearest tram station connects to city centre
The house was a cozy and beautiful retreat by the water, made truly exceptional by our host's friendly and sincere a We loved that the house was in a calm area but still close to the center with convenient transportation. The house truly felt like a little piece of heaven; it was cozy and beautiful alongside the water. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back. Above all, what made our stay indeed exceptional was the host's friendly and sincere approach. She made the entire experience wonderful for us.

when we first arrived Nathalie was already waiting for us with a big smile on her face😊She showed us around our studio apartment, which had everything one would need for a pleasent stay and provided us with all the information needed!
We especially loved the terrace which was right beside the water and we also had a little boat to go for a quiet ride down the canal.
We even got to see some little duckies in the nest opposite of us!
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from the tram station from which you can easily go to the city center.
To wrap it all up Nathalie was an amazing host and we are looking forward to stay with her when we visit Amsterdam again!

Very clean place, comfortable beds, good equipped kitchen annex with fridge. Nice clean bathroom. Towels changed upon request. And las but not least…. good heating - important when you stay during colder time of the year. We absolutely recommend staying there.
