Superb location and comfort
Good location, easy access to many places and quite room for anyone travel for work The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to many tourist attractions. My room was very quiet, and I loved having a coffee machine in the room. They also provide slippers upon request. The room was clean even although the carpet looked quite old
What could be improved: I had a few issues during my stay. The hair dryers were not in good condition, and I regret not bringing my own. The iron was also ineffective, as it had no steam function. Regarding cleaning, the only problem was that the table was dusty, and some areas of the room appeared to have been missed. Additionally, the room was smaller than I expected, so staying as a couple might be challenging.
Superb Great location, right near the park! Clean, breakfast buffet was nice (you have to pay extra), no complaints!

Superb Large and spacious bed, although the room was a bit cramped (you can take out furniture).
The hotel is in the city center, close to the TRAM and the city center (everything is within walking distance). I arrived early and planned to leave my suitcase but the room was ready long before check-in time. The staff was kind and helped me with any questions. The breakfast was excellent.
What could be improved: WIFI reception outside the lobby/dining room is almost non-existent. Requires significant improvement. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors coming back in the middle of the night.

Nice clean hotel, helpful friendly staff, decent location for the Museums. Good view over the roof tops, very clean and tidy room, prosseco and sweets left as a welcome - very appreciated.

Very good Fantastic location. Room generally and bed were great - some noise from neighbours in the night broke sleep but nothing too bad. For the price thought it was really good though (with breakfast included). Staff were friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: Bathroom maybe needs a refresh. Have stayed in Leonardo hotels elsewhere, where the breakfast was a bit better. Fridge in room was situated in a strange place whereby the door couldn't be opened (and fridge therefore couldn't be used) properly.
