The building itself is a classic Amsterdam canal house, which means steep stairs and compact spaces, but honestly, that’s part of the charm when you’re staying in Amsterdam‘s historic center.

Location & Getting Around

You’re literally a two-minute walk from Centraal Station, which I know sounds like it might be noisy, but it’s actually perfect. The Red Light District is right around the corner (whether that’s a plus or minus depends on you), and you can walk to Dam Square in about five minutes. What I really appreciated was how easy it made getting to and from Schiphol — no dragging luggage across the city on trams.
