The penthouse aspect isn’t just marketing fluff — you really do feel like you’re in your own private Amsterdam hideaway. The room has these great windows that let in tons of natural light, and I mean, the rooftop views actually make you forget you’re not staying in some fancy canal house. There’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, which honestly can be rare in Amsterdam accommodations.

What I really appreciated was how easy it was to navigate from here. The nearest tram stop is just a short walk, and if you’re driving (though I wouldn’t recommend it for the city center), parking in this area is way less stressful than anywhere closer to Dam Square. Plus, there’s a decent Albert Heijn nearby for grabbing essentials — those little conveniences matter when you’re settling in for a few days.

A fabulous time! The property was in a lovely location! Lovely restaurants and coffee shops just down the road. A quiet location which meant we could have restful nights, but we were also nice and close to town (just a 10-15 min walk!).
The penthouse was very clean and had everthing we needed.
Our host was also so helpful and responsive to anything we ask.

Exceptional We absolutely LOVED our stay at this apartment. It was clean, bright, peaceful and everything was just as pictured. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Great location, within walking distance of the city centre and with a well-connected tram stop within 1 minute walk. Would highly recommend for anyone and will definitely stay again next time I’m in Amsterdam.
Lovely comfortable property in excellent location. This is a really lovely property in an excellent location. Close to multiple public transport options and also walkable distance to many sights. Very friendly and helpful host. Apartment is comfortable, light and bright with lovely views over the city. Yes - the stairs are steep and narrow, but that is made very clear so don’t book it if you are not able to climb them.
