Amazing host, a great quiet location in De Pijp!! Beautiful!! When we first arrived here we were quite tired from travelling. The host, Arjan, was there and he greeted us with a big smile, he made us coffee and tea, explained everything we had questions about. He was an amazing host. The place is beautiful and the beds are soooo comfy. The location is good, you take a quick bus to central Amsterdam and you are there.
It was a very nice experience. The host was very friendly, warm, and helpful. He offered suggestions on what to do and where to go and was even willing to show us some things in the neighbourhood.
Great apartment and location with caring host Arjan is a super nice and caring host, and the apartment is great, with a lot of style.
The room has 2 comfy double beds, one on either side of the room, and hence multiple meters apart. In between are a nice sink with mirror and a spacious shower cabin with a rain shower. The outside wall is all windows, with a door from either bed to the large outdoor deck. Unfortunately I had no chance to use it due to some rain and very busy days.
The apartment has a large comfortable couch and a large TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Also the Wi-Fi is strong. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walking from good restaurants, supermarket, public transportation etc. A bakery is right around the corner. For me the fact that it was so close to the RAI conference center (7-8 min walking) was very practical.
What made my stay extra special was Arjan 's presence in the apartment. He did not at all intrude on my space, but did offer food and drink multiple times and was also very helpful with some questions I had. Thank you for your "goede zorgen" and the nice conversations!
What could be improved: The room does not have a desk, but the apartment has a large dining table that I guess you could use in case you need to work on a laptop.

Only room, not the apartment, overall, beautiful stay. Comfy beds, nice terrace area and cool design in the place. Location is good. Easy check in. Clean place. Very positive vibe owner. Dog friendly (with 25e extra fee per night).
I can recommend who whoever wants to explore Amsterdam but also want to have a beautiful place to rest.
What could be improved: Considering the headline of the add "BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH ASIAN STYLE BEDROOM", it might be a bit misleading as indeed it is only the bedroom, not the whole apartment, the owner lives in the same apartment.
Also if travelling when colder season, it was a bit cold in there, owner advised to adjust the heater but every time we did, it somehow got back to very low degrees :D

What could be improved: The fact the host is at the property could be made clearer. he was incredibly friendly and helpful, so no issues, but it wasn’t obvious when we booked
