Plus, and this is huge — you actually get free parking here, which if you’ve ever tried to park in Amsterdam’s city center, you’ll know is worth its weight in gold.

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Amsterdam standards, with these lovely high ceilings and windows that let in tons of natural light. Everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together — quality linens, a proper desk if you need to work, and honestly, the bed was one of those where you just sink in after a long day of walking around the city. The bathroom’s modern and spotless, with a rainfall shower that actually has decent water pressure.

What I love about this area is how authentically Dutch it feels compared to the tourist-packed center. There’s a great local café just down the street where you can grab proper coffee and stroopwafels without the inflated prices. Would visit again Enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. Lovely peaceful island with a big park next to it. Easy access to and from Amsterdam city centre. Shops, tram stops and bike rental all just around the corner. Hosts were lovely.

I strongly recommend B&B Urban Oasis for short or long term stay. Lovely and cozy place to stay. You feel like you are at home. Very polite and warm owners care about the room more than great hotel chain managers. They continuously improve missing or wrong things in the room. You can always get help whenever you need it. We had no problems with bathroom, kitchen or anything else. During our stay, the Wi-Fi was very fast and stable. The location is perfect. You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes.

Truly a wonderful Oasis close to Amsterdam! Beautiful room full of gadgets and comfortable facilities! Decorated with taste and in a great location, close to the city but away from its chaos. The hosts are very lovely and generous! We chatted for a bit and they gave us tips for things to do in the city!
Excellent stay Really liked how cozy the place was. The neighborhood is ideal-20 min to city center via tram, but at the same time completely suburban and relaxing neighborhood.

Amazing stay! Amazing location! Amazing hosts! The photos don't do it justice. The space is really big and has incredible new fixtures and appliances. With a TV, soundbar and the private garden it's one of the calmest and relaxing places I've stayed at during a holiday. The hosts Nicole and Thijs are lovely and have helped us and made our stay perfect considering we were ill.
What could be improved: There wasn't much I didn't like. As i'm a tech nerd I'd nitpick about the TV being a little old and having to use 3 remotes. Also the lack of a microwave, hob and oven is a bit limiting in terms of what we can eat. As we were sick, I would have liked to cook for ourselves as it was risky eating takeaway as it was the cause of my sickness.
Felt right at home in this lovely B&B! The B&B Urban Oasis is located in a beautiful part of Amsterdam with a lot of nature and amenities right next door. The interior is equally as beautiful, with very comfortable and high-end finishes. The bed was especially nice, and we got such a deep sleep! The view on the garden is very tranquil too, providing a lovely area to relax in the evenings. However, the best part was the hospitality provided by Nicole and Thijs. We were very warmly welcomed and quickly felt right at home! They really went above and beyond with special touches of generosity and helpfulness. We will definitely refer our friends and family to stay with them in the future.
