We will be back! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location in central Amsterdam is perfect, you can walk everywhere, yet it still feels calm and comfortable inside. The rooms were incredible: beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable that it was hard to leave in the morning.
The real highlight was the breakfast, honestly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Fresh, varied, and prepared with real care.the champagne is a real treat and the eggs Benedict are a must!
A special thank you to Pim and Brent, who made the experience even better with their warm, professional, and genuinely friendly service. They’re a credit to the hotel and made me feel completely at home with a Chromecast in the room too.

Superb The breakfast is magnificent and delicious, as also hotel location.
What could be improved: We stayed in room 3012. The headboard was ripped, which I think is unacceptable for a hotel of such a high level. Also, in the room was cold, and we couldn't adjust the temperature.
Great center location and everything you expect from 5 star The welcome at reception from eta (from Bali) was exceptional and made my trip! Extremely helpful and pleasant after a difficult journey.

The best breakfast in Europe! We loved our stay at the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky! Wow the breakfast was the absolute highlight of our stay. Moet champagne, delicious food, and an incredible setting. The staff at the hotel were professional, friendly, and very attentive. The location is also amazing and you can walk to most of the city's highlights within minutes.
What could be improved: Honestly we were sad to check out and leave this lovely hotel
Overall, an excellent stay with great service, a perfect location, and outstanding staff. I initially felt disappointed with the size of the room I booked, as it was much smaller than expected. However, the staff were incredibly professional and kind — they upgraded me the next day and made sure we were fully satisfied with our stay.
Room service and housekeeping were excellent throughout, maintaining very high standards. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe.
Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the location is excellent and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a wonderful stay that ended far better than it started!

Best hotel in Amsterdam I stayed for 5 days at this exceptional hotel, perfectly located right on Dam Square. From the moment I arrived until check-out, I was impressed by the elegance and high level of service. The staff helped with my luggage, provided valet parking, and the concierge was outstanding, offering great daily plans and recommendations. Service was excellent in every aspect. I was traveling with my young son, and the staff went out of their way to make him feel special, giving him sweets, small gifts, and everything he needed.
